A música como terapia no CAPS AD

Os usuários de álcool e drogas atendidos pelo Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS AD) participam semanalmente da Oficina de Música em grupo. A atividade que utiliza diversos instrumentos e músicas escolhidas pelos próprios usuários é uma das ações utilizadas pelos CAPS AD para promover a reabilitação psicossocial por meio de atividades coletivas e/ou individuais prevalecendo o projeto terapêutico singular (para cada usuário), conforme as premissas orientadas pelo Projeto Técnico Assistencial do serviço.

“A música é um dispositivo muito potente para a saúde mental dos usuários. É um momento de relaxamento, bem-estar, emoção e diminuição de stress, além de ser um ótimo recurso como formação de vínculo entre eles. No grupo eles têm voz, é um momento muito democrático e interativo. Eles são os agentes do grupo”, comenta a Psicóloga Gabriela, terapeuta do projeto.

O projeto é realizado no CAPS AD III Noroeste, Humaitá, Navegantes, Ilhas, localizado na Av. Pernambuco, 1700, em Porto Alegre/RS. Os CAPS AD III não necessitam de agendamento ou encaminhamento, todo o usuário e ou dependente químico, pode acessar diretamente o serviço.

    After I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time
    a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the same comment.
    There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?

    Hey, I think your site might be having browser compatibility
    issues. When I look at your website in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
